Did You Know??
Main Street was originally named "Westminster Avenue", since it connected to New Westminster Road (now Kingsway). It received its present name in 1910, at the request of local merchants, who thought the name bestowed a more cosmopolitan air to the neighbourhood.

Thanks for dropping by! There are no slick sales routines here. Just good old fashioned service with honesty and integrity.

I’ll give you an honest evaluation of your home’s value in today’s market and sell it for the best price possible. Or I’ll help you to find your next home within your budget by listening to your needs. If I don’t have the answer to your question, I’ll find someone who does. If I don’t think you’re making the right move, I’ll tell you. I want you to be glad you chose me as your Realtor and I want you to recommend me to your family and friends when they need a hard-working professional they can trust. I don’t want to be your Realtor for just now, but for the next time, and the time after that too. It’s as simple as that.

It´s a Great Time to be Thinking About Real Estate!

With the lowest mortgage rates in DECADES, why wouldn’t you buy now?? If you’ve owned your home for the last few years, you’re ahead of the game and putting your property on the market now while buyers are out in droves is a smart move!

2010 started off with a bang pre-Olympics, but calmed down afterwards until the last quarter of the year. Prices rose moderately overall and by all indications, 2011 will likely experience a similar conservative growth in the 3% range.

New federal mortgage rules are an attempt to control consumer debt and will affect first-time homebuyer affordability. Qualifying for a mortgage will be a little tougher, but the market will survive. It will probably motivate a few buyers in the spring to buy before the new amortization rules take effect. As well, mortgage rates may rise in the last half of the year, spurring a buying spree in the late summer or fall. All in all, it looks like a pretty balanced year.

You´ve come to the right place to find out about what´s on the market, the latest mortgage rates, and what experts predict about upcoming market conditions. Here you´ll find an abundance of useful information to assist you in your home buying or selling adventure:
